Northeast Wisconsin is waking up to extensive damage and widespread outages following Monday’s storms. A tornado, estimated to be at least an EF-2, ripped through the Fox Valley, leaving behind destroyed homes and businesses, power lines down and snapped trees in areas of Appleton, Menasha and Neenah. Today, local authorities and residents are picking up the pieces.
