US President Donald Trump has taken the inaugural flight of his new Air Force One. The plane is a Boeing 747-800 which was gifted by Qatar. The plane is so luxurious that it has been called a "flying palace." Trump's team has shared pictures from inside the erstwhile Qatari royal jet. There is a conference room, bookshelves and lots of gold decorations. The Qatari jet has caused a lot of controversy in the US. It is a temporary or "bridge" Air Force One, which will serve Trump until Boeing readies the official presidential and vice-presidential jets, which have been delayed to at least 2027 and 2028. Reports say the cost of security upgrades to the Qatari Air Force One is about $1 Billion. 00:00 - Trump's $400M "Flying Palace" Takes Flight 00:35 - Trump Boarding the Qatar-Gifted Jet 01:14 - Inside the Luxurious Cabin and Conference Room 01:59 - Why the US Accepted this Controversial Gift 03:00 - The Bridge Aircraft: Boeing’s Delayed New Fleet 04:06 - President Trump on Upgrades and Taxpayer Costs --- Donald Trump | Air Force One | Boeing 747-8 | Qatar Jet | Flying Palace | Presidential Aircraft | White House | Luxury Jet | US Politics | Firstpost | World News | News Live | Vantage | Hem Saroya | News #trump #airforceone #boeing747 #qatar #donaldtrump #luxuryjet #whitehouse #firstpost #vantageonfirstpost Vantage is a ground-breaking news, opinions, and current affairs show from Firstpost.
