Tony Romo was allegedly uncooperative with cops after his arrest in Wisconsin last week. Court records viewed by The California Post on Monday show the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback has been issued one citation for “refusing to take test for intoxication after arrest” stemming from his July 23 run-in with police in Milwaukee.
